Works completed in the great outdoors, en plein air.
I enjoy capturing the essence of local trees, parks, bushland or landscapes whilst on holiday.
In Mid 2013 I took part in a winter art expedition to the Flinders Ranges in South Australia. The trip was led by Blue Mountains based landscape artist Leo Robba, a former Brisbane boy.
It was a great week of developing art in the wilderness surrounding Moolooloo Station with like minded folk.
In May 2014 my work was exhibited with the other Moolooloo artists in Sydney. I have since painted in areas around South East Queensland and New Zealand.
