Still Life

The Still Life Genre is one I return to every year or so with much affection. It is a true celebration of things that make my heart sing: foods, objects, plants, flowers.

A painting series placing Harrison Ceramics’ latest stoneware pieces into selected  ‘landscapes’ which celebrate and honour their forms.

As a nod to the origin of Sandra Harrison’s clay pieces Kelly Southee has devised still life scenes to form places with drama, intensity, and moodiness.
